Lights Out

Lights Out is a challenging puzzle game that presents you with a 5×5 grid of buttons/lights, some illuminated and some not. Your objective is to turn off all the lights using as few moves as you can. Pressing any light will toggle it as well as the four neighboring lights (up, down, left, and right, but not diagonally).
